| 摘要 |
【摘要】探讨心理干预对消毒供应中心工作人员心理健康状态及睡眠状态的影响。方法 纳入我院消毒供应中心80名工作人员作为本次研究对象，掷币法将其分为两组，对照组40名接受背景音乐疗法，研究组40名在背景音乐疗法基础上给予心理干预，比较两组工作人员焦虑、抑郁情绪及睡眠状态。结果 干预后，研究组SAS评分及SDS评分明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；研究组各个维度AIS评分低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 心理干预能够显著缓解消毒供应中心工作人员焦虑、抑郁情绪，改善工作人员日常生活及工作状态，值得推荐。

| Abstract |
【Abstract】Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention on the mental health and sleep state of the staff in the disinfection supply center. Methods 80 staff members of the Second Department of Disinfection and Supply of our hospital were included as the subjects of this study. They were divided into two groups by tossing coins. 40 in the control group received background music therapy, and 40 in the study group received psychological intervention on the basis of background music therapy. , Compare the anxiety, depression and sleep state of the two groups of staff. Results After the intervention, the SAS score and SDS score of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the AIS score of each dimension in the study group was lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological intervention can significantly alleviate the anxiety and depression of the staff in the disinfection supply center, and improve the daily life and working status of the staff. It is worth recommending.
