| 摘要 |
目的 探究分析“全院一张床”管理模式联合舒适护理对腰椎间盘突出症术后患者的影响。方法 选取2024年6月至2024年12月期间，院内腰椎间盘突出患者共102例，作为此次研究对象。其中2024年6月至2024年8月的51例患者为对照组，采用常规管理及护理模式，2024年9月至2024年12月的51例患者为观察组，采用全院一张床管理模式联合舒适护理，对比两组床位等候时间，床位周转次数，腰椎功能。结果 观察组床位等候时间低于对照组，床位周转次数以及腰椎功能评分高于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 “全院一张床”管理模式联合舒适护理可显著改善床位等候时间，床位周转次数，同时可有效提升患者腰椎功能值得推广与应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore and analyze the impact of the "one bed" management model combined with comfort care on postoperative patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods A total of 102 patients with lumbar disc herniation in the hospital from June 2024 to December 2024 were selected as the study subjects. Among them, 51 patients from June 2024 to August 2024 were selected as the control group, using conventional management and nursing mode. 51 patients from September 2024 to December 2024 were selected as the observation group, using a hospital wide one bed management mode combined with comfort nursing. The waiting time, bed turnover times, and lumbar spine function of the two groups were compared. The results showed that the waiting time for beds in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the number of bed rotations and lumbar spine function scores were higher than those in the control group, P＜0.05. Conclusion The management model of "one bed for the whole hospital" combined with comfortable nursing can significantly improve bed waiting time, bed turnover times, and effectively enhance patients lumbar spine function, which is worthy of promotion and application.
