| 摘要 |
目的 探析优化急诊护理流程应用于急性脑梗死患者中对急救效率及生活质量的实际影响。方法 回顾性分析2023年10月至2024年10月我院收治的80例急性脑梗死患者资料，依照护理方式的不同分为参考组（采取常规急诊护理流程）和实验组（采取优化急诊护理流程），每组均含40例。对比两组在急救效率指标及生活质量方面的差异。结果 实验组的分诊时间、转诊时间及采血时间均明显更短（P<0.05）；实验组的生活质量评分均明显更高（P<0.05）。结论 优化急诊护理流程应用于急性脑梗死患者中，能够显著提高急救效率，并改善其生活质量，值得在临床实践中推广应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the practical impact of optimizing emergency nursing processes on emergency efficiency and quality of life in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the data of 80 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from October 2023 to October 2024. According to different nursing methods, they were divided into a reference group (adopting conventional emergency nursing procedures) and an experimental group (adopting optimized emergency nursing procedures), with 40 cases in each group. Compare the differences in first aid efficiency indicators and quality of life between two groups. Results The triage time, referral time, and blood collection time of the experimental group were significantly shorter (P<0.05); The quality of life scores of the experimental group were significantly higher (P<0.05). Conclusion Optimizing the emergency nursing process applied to patients with acute cerebral infarction can significantly improve emergency response efficiency and enhance their quality of life, and is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
