| 摘要 |
目的 分析宫颈癌术后患者采用基于人文关怀的个案管理延伸护理的影响。方法 选取2023年11月至2024年5月在我院收治的62例宫颈癌术后患者作为观察对象，随机分为对照组（31例）和观察组（31例）。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用基于人文关怀的个案管理延伸护理干预。对比两组患者自护能力、心理状态、治疗依从性。结果 护理后，观察组自护能力评分、心理状态评分、护理依从性都优于对照组，其差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）结论 基于人文关怀的个案管理延伸护理能够有效提高宫颈癌术后患者的自护能力及治疗依从性，还能改善其心理状态，促进患者康复，值得在临床上推广并使用。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the impact of using humanistic care based case management and extended nursing care on postoperative patients with cervical cancer. Methods 62 postoperative cervical cancer patients admitted to our hospital from November 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the observation subjects and randomly divided into a control group (31 cases) and an observation group (31 cases). The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received extended nursing interventions based on humanistic care and case management. Compare the self-care ability, psychological status, and treatment compliance of two groups of patients. Results After nursing, the self-care ability score, psychological state score, and nursing compliance of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Extended nursing based on humanistic care case management can effectively improve the self-care ability and treatment compliance of cervical cancer postoperative patients, as well as improve their psychological state and promote patient recovery. It is worth promoting and using in clinical practice.
