| 摘要 |
目的 探析规范化疼痛护理应用于肿瘤疼痛患者中的实际应用效果。方法 选择2023年9月至2024年9月在我院接受治疗的80例肿瘤疼痛患者为研究样本，按照入院先后顺序分为参考组和实验组，参考组接受常规护理，实验组在常规护理的基础上接受规范化疼痛护理。比较两组在疼痛程度、疼痛持续时间及治疗依从性方面的差异。结果 护理后，实验组的NRS评分明显更低（P<0.05）；且护理后实验组的疼痛持续时间明显更短（P<0.05）；实验组的治疗依从性明显更高（P<0.05）。结论 规范化疼痛护理能有效缓解肿瘤患者的疼痛感，缩短疼痛持续时间，提高患者的治疗依从性。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the practical application effect of standardized pain care in cancer pain patients. Methods 80 cancer pain patients who received treatment in our hospital from September 2023 to September 2024 were selected as the research sample. They were divided into a reference group and an experimental group according to the order of admission. The reference group received routine care, while the experimental group received standardized pain care on the basis of routine care. Compare the differences between two groups in terms of pain severity, pain duration, and treatment compliance. Results After nursing, the NRS score of the experimental group was significantly lower (P<0.05); And the duration of pain in the experimental group after nursing was significantly shorter (P<0.05); The treatment compliance of the experimental group was significantly higher (P<0.05). Conclusion Standardized pain management can effectively alleviate the pain of cancer patients, shorten the duration of pain, and improve treatment compliance.
