| 摘要 |
目的 探讨协同护理模式在冠心病支架术后患者自我管理中的应用。方法 选择我院于2023年8月-2024年1月期间收治的接受冠心病支架术的80例患者作为研究对象。将其按随机分组方法分为对照组（40例，采取常规护理方法）和观察组（40例，采用协同护理模式），对比两组的护理效果。结果 观察组患者的生活质量评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组患者的护理满意度高于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组患者的自我管理评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 在对接受冠心病支架术的患者实施协同护理模式取得明显效果，可显著改善患者的生活质量，提高其自我管理能力和护理满意度。在实际应用中展现出较高的价值，值得推广使用。

| Abstract |
Objective Exploring the application of collaborative nursing mode in self-management of patients after coronary heart disease stent surgery. Methods Select 80 patients who underwent coronary stent implantation in our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group (40 cases, using conventional nursing methods) and an observation group (40 cases, using collaborative nursing mode), and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The quality of life score of the observation group patients was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group patients was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The self-management score of the observation group patients was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of collaborative nursing mode for patients undergoing coronary stent implantation has achieved significant results, which can significantly improve their quality of life, enhance their self-management ability and nursing satisfaction. It has demonstrated high value in practical applications and is worth promoting and using.
