| 摘要 |
目的 探究全程绿色通道护理路径模式对门诊小儿高热惊厥停止时间及退热时间的影响。方法 选取2023年12月至2024年5月在我院门诊收治的50例小儿高热惊厥患儿作为观察对象。随机分为对照组（25例）和观察组（25例）。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用全程绿色通道护理路径模式干预，对比两组患儿惊厥停止时间、退热时间及护理满意度。结果 护理后，观察组惊厥停止时间、退热时间都明显短于对照组，护理满意度更高，其差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 程绿色通道护理路径模式可有效缩短门诊小儿高热惊厥患儿的惊厥停止时间与退热时间，提高家属满意度，值得在临床上推广应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of the full green channel nursing pathway model on the cessation time and fever reduction time of febrile seizures in outpatient children. Methods 50 pediatric patients with febrile seizures admitted to our outpatient department from December 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the observation subjects. Randomly divided into a control group (25 cases) and an observation group (25 cases). The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received full green channel nursing pathway intervention. The seizure cessation time, fever reduction time, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups of children. Results After nursing, the observation group had significantly shorter seizure cessation time and fever reduction time than the control group, and higher nursing satisfaction, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The Cheng Green Channel nursing pathway model can effectively shorten the seizure cessation time and fever reduction time of pediatric febrile seizures in outpatient settings, improve family satisfaction, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
