| 摘要 |
目的 探究将护患沟通应用在门诊护理工作中的效果。方法 选择我院门诊就诊的70例患者,随机平分成对照组和观察组,分别实行常规护理和护患沟通护理,对比效果。结果 观察组健康教育认知、护理质量、护理满意度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 将护患沟通应用在门诊护理工作中,能够提高患者健康教育认知,提升护理质量,使护理满意度增强。

| Abstract |
Objective To investigate the effect of applying nurse-patient communication in outpatient nursing work. Methods A total 70 patients who visited the outpatient department of our hospital were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, each group was given routine nursing and-patient communication nursing respectively, and the effects were compared. Results The health education cognition, nursing quality and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than those the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of nurse-patient communication in outpatient nursing work can improve patients health education cognition, nursing quality and increase nursing satisfaction.
