| 摘要 |
洗胃是急性口服中毒患者的重要抢救手段，患者能否在中毒后及时接受洗胃治疗，直接关乎其预后情况与生命安危。文章研发一体式洗胃防护装置，并探索其在急诊洗胃患者中的实际应用效果。通过对比实验发现，将一体式洗胃防护装置在急诊洗胃患者中应用，实验组患者的舒适度和满意度均高于对照组，医护人员在使用一体式洗胃防护装置后的满意度高于使用前。综上所述，一体式洗胃防护装置在保障患者舒适度及满意度方面展现出显著优势，能够有效提升医患的良好关系，提升患者对整个医院的满意度。因此，一体式洗胃防护装置适合在急救洗胃防护中推广。

| Abstract |
Gastric lavage is a crucial rescue measure for patients with acute oral poisoning. Whether patients can receive timely gastric lavage treatment after poisoning directly affects their prognosis and life safety. This article develops an integrated gastric lavage protection device and explores its practical application in emergency gastric lavage patients. Comparative experiments show that the use of the integrated gastric lavage protection device in emergency gastric lavage patients results in higher comfort and satisfaction among experimental group patients compared to the control group. Medical staff also report higher satisfaction after using the integrated gastric lavage protection device than before. In summary, the integrated gastric lavage protection device demonstrates significant advantages in ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction, effectively enhancing the doctor-patient relationship and improving patient satisfaction with the entire hospital. Therefore, the integrated gastric lavage protection device is suitable for promotion in emergency gastric lavage protection.
