| 摘要 |
目的 探究分析快速康复理念在手术治疗踝关节骨折护理中的效果。方法 时间：2022年1月至2024年1月，对象：接受手术治疗的踝关节骨折患者共80例，分组：随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用常规护理，观察组结合快速康复理念开展护理，对比两组疼痛程度；踝关节功能；临床相关指标以及生活质量。结果 干预前：两组VAS评分以及Baird-Jackson评分对比，P＞0.05。干预后：观察组VAS评分低于对照组，Baird-Jackson评分高于对照组，骨折愈合时间与住院时间低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 快速康复理念下的针对性护理可显著改善患者疼痛程度；踝关节功能；临床相关指标，值得推广与应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore and analyze the effectiveness of the concept of rapid rehabilitation in the nursing care of ankle fractures treated with surgery. Methods From January 2022 to January 2024, a total of 80 patients with ankle fractures who underwent surgical treatment were enrolled. The patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received nursing care based on the concept of rapid recovery. The pain levels of the two groups were compared; Ankle joint function; Clinical related indicators and quality of life. Before intervention: Comparison of VAS scores and Baird Jackson scores between the two groups, P＞0.05. After intervention: The VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the Baird Jackson score was higher than that of the control group, and the fracture healing time and hospitalization time were lower than those of the control group, P＜0.05. Conclusion Targeted nursing under the concept of rapid rehabilitation can significantly improve patients pain levels; Ankle joint function; Clinical related indicators are worth promoting and applying.
