| 摘要 |
目的 分析急诊糖尿病酮症酸中毒者实施针对性急诊护理流程的效果观察。方法 选择我院于2023年1月-2023年12月期间收治的糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者100例，将其按随机分组方法分为对照组（50例，采取常规护理方法）和观察组（50例，采取针对性急诊护理流程），对两组的临床护理效果，如患者的血糖水平、并发症发生率进行对比和分析。结果 观察组患者的血糖水平低于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组患者的并发症发生率低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在对急诊糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者实施针对性急诊护理流程可取得明显的效果，可显著稳定控制患者血糖水平，降低并发症发生率，有较高应用价值。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of targeted emergency nursing process for patients with emergency diabetic ketoacidosis. Methods A total of 100 patients with diabetic ketoacidosis admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group (50 cases, conventional nursing methods) and an observation group (50 cases, targeted emergency nursing process). The clinical nursing effects of the two groups, such as blood sugar levels and complication rates of the patients, were compared and analyzed. Results The blood sugar level of the patients in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The complication rate of the patients in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The implementation of targeted emergency nursing process for patients with emergency diabetic ketoacidosis can achieve significant results, significantly stabilize the blood sugar level of patients, reduce the incidence of complications, and has high application value.
