| 摘要 |
目的 探究化疗结肠癌患者采取延续性护理对其自护能力和治疗依从性的干预效果。方法 纳入本院化疗结肠癌患者共86例进行分组对照研究，时段2023年9月~2024年9月。将其随机分为2组，对照组纳入43例采取常规护理，观察组纳入43例采取延续性护理。评价指标为自护能力、治疗依从性。结果 观察组干预后自我护理能力量表（ESCA）评分与对照组比较均增加（P＜0.05）。观察组治疗总依从率与对照组比较显著提高（P＜0.05）。结论 化疗结肠癌患者采取延续性护理，对其自护能力有较好的提升作用，增加治疗依从性。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the intervention effect of continuity of care on self-care ability and treatment compliance in patients with chemotherapy induced colon cancer. Methods A total of 86 patients with colon cancer who received chemotherapy in our hospital were included in a group controlled study from September 2023 to September 2024. They were randomly divided into two groups, with 43 cases in the control group receiving routine care and 43 cases in the observation group receiving continuous care. The evaluation indicators are self-care ability and treatment compliance. After the intervention, the self-care ability scale (ESCA) score of the observation group increased compared with the control group (P<0.05). The overall compliance rate of the observation group was significantly improved compared to the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Continuous nursing care for colon cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy has a good effect on improving their self-care ability and increasing treatment compliance.
