[Abstract] Objective To analyze the changes in mood changes and the incidence of vomiting and nausea in colon cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy combined with psychological intervention and fluoxetine treatment. Methods A total of 91 patients with colon cancer who came to our hospital were divided into two groups: the psychological basic group and the drug combination group using coin toss. All received chemotherapy treatment. On this basis, 45 patients in the psychological basic group received psychological intervention, and the drug combination group 46 patients were treated with oral fluoxetine combined with psychological intervention to compare their psychological status, serum factors, nausea and vomiting, quality of life and safety. Results The frequency of SDS-20, SAS-20, EORTC QLQ-C30, NE level, delayed nausea, vomiting, and acute nausea and vomiting in the drug combination group was lower than that of the psychological foundation group, and 5-HT was higher than that of the psychological foundation group (P<0.05 ); bcl-2, (NF) -κB, Bax were not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion Mirtazapine combined with psychotherapy can relieve depression and anxiety in patients with colon cancer chemotherapy, reduce the frequency of nausea and vomiting, improve the quality of life, and do not increase adverse reactions.
