摘要	目的探析急诊严重创伤患者护理中采取AI算法辅助创伤分诊高级创伤护理的应用效果。方法本次研究对象为52例急诊严重创伤患者，抽取时间为2023年1月-2024年1月期间，按照随机数字表法分为参考组及实验组，其中前者采取常规护理，后者采取AI算法辅助分诊联合高级创伤护理，每组26例。以抢救时间、抢救有效率评价两组效果。结果实验组抢救时间短于参考组（P＜0.05）。实验组抢救有效率（92.31%）高于参考组（69.23%）（P＜0.05）。结论急诊严重创伤患者护理中采取AI算法辅助创伤分诊高级创伤护理可缩短患者抢救时间，提高抢救有效率。此种方法推广。
Abstract	Objective To explore the application effect of Artificial Intelligence-Assisted Trauma Triage with advanced trauma care in the nursing of emergency severe trauma patients. Methods The study subjects were 52 emergency severe trauma patients, selected from January 2023 to January 2024. They were randomly divided into a reference group and an experimental group using a random number table method. The former received routine care, while the latter received AI Triage with Advanced Trauma care, with 26 patients in each group. Evaluate the effectiveness of two groups based on rescue time and rescue efficiency. Results The rescue time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the reference group (P<0.05). The effective rate of rescue in the experimental group (92.31%) was higher than that in the reference group (69.23%) (P<0.05). Conclusion Adopting AI Triage with advanced trauma care in the nursing of emergency severe trauma patients can shorten the rescue time and improve the efficiency of rescue. This method is being promoted.
