| 摘要 |
目的 分析责任制整体护理用于乳腺癌植入式静脉输液港化疗的价值。方法 随机均分2023年3月-2024年3月本院接诊乳腺癌病人（n=80）。试验组植入式静脉输液港化疗期间采取责任制整体护理，对照组行常规护理。对比QLQ-CCC评分等指标。结果 关于并发症：试验组5.0%，对照组22.5%，差异显著（P＜0.05）。QLQ-CCC评分：干预后，试验组高达（145.16±4.71）分，对照组只有（130.68±5.03）分，差异显著（P＜0.05）。满意度：试验组97.5%，对照组80.0%，差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 乳腺癌植入式静脉输液港化疗用责任制整体护理，病人的并发症更少，生活质量改善更加显著，满意度也更高。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the value of responsibility system holistic nursing for breast cancer implantable intravenous infusion port chemotherapy. Methods Patients with breast cancer were randomly assigned from March 2023 to March 2024 (n=80). The experimental group took responsibility system overall nursing during the chemotherapy of implantable intravenous infusion port, and the control group took routine nursing. Compare the QLQ-CCC score and other indicators. Results The complications were 5.0% in experimental group and 22.5% in control group, the difference was significant (P < 0.05). QLQ-CCC score: After intervention, the test group was as high as (145.16±4.71) points, and the control group was only (130.68±5.03) points, the difference was significant (P < 0.05). Satisfaction: 97.5% in experimental group and 80.0% in control group, the difference was significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The overall responsibility nursing system of breast cancer implantable intravenous infusion port chemotherapy has fewer complications, more significant improvement in quality of life, and higher satisfaction.
