Objective To deeply observe the application effect of humanistic care nursing program in emergency nursing management. Methods From July 2023 to July 2024 was set as the period for the trial, 80 emergency patients admitted in hospitals were selected as the research basis, and randomly divided (n=40), reference group: routine care management, the research group carried out normal medical care and increased humanistic care, and then conducted effect analysis and difference comparison. Results The adoption of different nursing programs had a positive impact on patients. In contrast, the study group showed an excellent reference group in terms of nursing satisfaction, psychological status and complication rate, with P <0.05. Conclusion In this study, we focus on analyzing the application value of humanistic care in emergency care management, aiming to seek a more high-quality and perfect nursing intervention strategy for patients in this field through comparison, and maximize the protection of patients life and health. The outcome is ideal, combined nursing can not only effectively relieve the bad mood of patients, but also greatly promote the harmonious relationship between nurses and patients, and improve the satisfaction of patients to nursing work, which is worthy of affirmation.
