| 摘要 |
目的 探究IgA肾病患者护理中采取优质护理的效果。方法 本次研究对象取自2023年1月至2024年1月期间64例IgA肾病患者。依据随机数字表法分为两组，对照组与试验组，每组均包含32例患者。对照组接受的是常规护理模式，而试验组则采纳优质护理方案。以生活质量、护理满意度评价两组护理效果。结果 实验组生活质量高于参考组（P＜0.05）。实验组护理满意度（93.75%）高于参考组（71.88%）（P＜0.05）。结论 优质护理在IgA肾病患者的护理实践中展现出显著成效，有效提升患者的生活质量，赢得患者的广泛满意。该护理模式在临床应用中具备较高的推广价值。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of adopting high-quality nursing in the care of IgA nephropathy patients. Methods In this study, 64 patients with IgA nephropathy were selected from January 2023 to January 2024 and randomly divided into a reference group and an experimental group using a random number table method. The reference group received routine care, while the experimental group received high-quality care, with 32 cases in each group. Evaluate the nursing effects of two groups based on quality of life and nursing satisfaction. Results The quality of life of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate of the experimental group (93.75%) was higher than that of the reference group (71.88%) (P<0.05). Conclusion Adopting high-quality nursing in the care of IgA nephropathy patients has a significant effect, which can improve the quality of life of patients and make them more satisfied. This nursing method is worth promoting in clinical practice.
