| 摘要 |
目的 探究对股骨颈骨折行髋关节置换术的患者采用ERAS理念联合骨科康复护理的实际价值。方法：选取2022年10月-2024年10月我院收治的100例股骨颈骨折患者进行分析。以随机数字法分为观察组与对照组，各50例。对照组采取常规骨科康复护理，观察组联合ERAS理念。结果：与对照组相比，观察组各项关节功能评分显优（P<0.05）。观察组的心理状态、疼痛情况及生活质量均优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：对股骨颈骨折行髋关节置换术的患者采用ERAS理念联合骨科康复护理，能够改善关节功能，缓解术后疼痛，护理效果较为理想。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the practical value of using ERAS concept combined with orthopedic rehabilitation nursing for patients undergoing hip replacement surgery for femoral neck fractures. Methods 100 patients with femoral neck fractures admitted to our hospital from October 2022 to October 2024 were selected for analysis, all of whom met the surgical indications for hip replacement surgery. Divided into an observation group and a control group using random number method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine orthopedic rehabilitation nursing, while the observation group combined ERAS concept. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group showed significantly better joint function scores (P<0.05). The psychological state, pain situation, and quality of life of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The ERAS concept combined with orthopedic rehabilitation nursing can improve joint function, alleviate postoperative pain, and achieve ideal nursing effects for patients undergoing hip replacement surgery for femoral neck fractures.
