| 摘要 |
目的 探究分析健康生态学药食同源营养计划的患者术后生活质量。方法 选取2024年1月至2025年1月期间，院内接受外科手术治疗的患者共80例，作为此次研究对象。应用随机数表法将80例患者随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用术后常规营养干预，观察组采用健康生态学视域下基于药食同源理念的营养计划。对比两组营养状态，睡眠质量以及生活质量。结果 观察组优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 健康生态学视域下基于药食同源理念的营养计划能够更为显著的改善患者营养状态，睡眠质量以及生活质量，值得推广与应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore and analyze the quality of life of patients after surgery under the health ecology medicine and food homology nutrition plan. Methods A total of 80 patients who received surgical treatment in the hospital from January 2024 to January 2025 were selected as the subjects of this study. The 80 patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using the random number table method. The control group received routine postoperative nutritional intervention, and the observation group adopted a nutrition plan based on the concept of medicine and food homology under the health ecology perspective. The nutritional status, sleep quality and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results The observation group was better than the control group, P＜0.05. Conclusion The nutrition plan based on the concept of medicine and food homology under the health ecology perspective can more significantly improve the nutritional status, sleep quality and quality of life of patients, and is worthy of promotion and application.
