| 摘要 |
目的 观察在产房护理中开展一对一全程陪护的优质护理模式的作用。方法 选择2024年1月至12月产科病房产妇70例，按照随机抽选分组方式均分2组，1组进行常规产房护理（35例，对照组），另1组开展一对一全程陪护的优质护理模式（35例，观察组）。针对两组产程用时、心理状态以及护理满意度、产后出血量对比。结果 观察组产程用时短于对照组，P<0.05。负面情绪评分，观察组低于对照组，P<0.05。护理满意度，观察组高于对照组，产后出血量观察组低于对照组，P<0.05。结论 在产房护理中开展一对一全程陪护的优质护理模式，可以缓解产妇负面情绪，缩短产程用时，减少产后出血量，增加护理满意度。

| Abstract |
Objective To observe the effect of implementing a high-quality nursing model of one-on-one full process accompaniment in delivery room nursing. Methods 70 parturients in the obstetrics ward from January to December 2024 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. One group received routine delivery room care (35 cases, control group), while the other group received high-quality one-on-one care throughout the entire process (35 cases, observation group). Compare the duration of labor, psychological status, nursing satisfaction, and postpartum bleeding between two groups. Results The labor process of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, P<0.05。 The negative emotion score was lower in the observation group than in the control group, P<0.05。 Nursing satisfaction was higher in the observation group than in the control group, and postpartum bleeding was lower in the observation group than in the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion Implementing a high-quality nursing model of one-on-one full-time companionship in the delivery room can alleviate negative emotions of postpartum women, shorten the duration of labor, reduce postpartum bleeding, and increase nursing satisfaction.
