Objective Observe the clinical effect of implementing humanized nursing for patients undergoing complex tooth extraction in dental clinics. Methods Sixty patients (2023/5-2024/5) who underwent complex tooth extraction surgery in the dental clinic were selected and randomly divided into a control group (conventional nursing) and an experimental group (humanized nursing). Collect vital signs, pain levels, negative emotions, and quality of life, and compare and analyze nursing effects. Results Compared with the control group (conventional nursing), the experimental group (humanized nursing) had significantly lower scores in diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure, heart rate, and pain level (P<0.05); The negative emotion score (anxiety score/depression score) decreased more significantly (P<0.05); The improvement in quality of life scores (role function/emotional function/cognitive function/social function/physical function/overall health) was more significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Humanized nursing can effectively improve negative emotions, promote stable vital signs, reduce pain, alleviate psychological pressure, and improve the quality of life of patients undergoing complex tooth extraction in dental clinics. It has high practical value.
