| 摘要 |
目的 在脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者的护理干预中应用V-VST联合间歇性管饲对于改善患者吞咽功能的效果；方法 采用前瞻性研究的形式，对我院2023年6月至2024年11月接诊的60例脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者展开分析，以随机对照试验分为观察组与对照组，各30例。对照组为常规护理联合经鼻留置胃管管饲，观察组采用V-VST联合间歇性管饲；结果 观察组在吞咽功能评分及营养状态指标水平上均显优（P<0.05），且不良事件发生率更低（P<0.05）；结论 将V-VST联合间歇性管饲应用于脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者的护理中，能够帮助患者改善营养状态，加快吞咽功能恢复，应用价值良好。

| Abstract |
Objective To investigate the effect of V-VST combined with intermittent tube feeding on improving swallowing function in nursing interventions for patients with post-stroke dysphagia; Methods In the form of a prospective study, an analysis was conducted on 60 patients with post-stroke dysphagia who were admitted to our hospital from June 2023 to November 2024. A randomized controlled trial was conducted and divided into an observation group and a control group, with 30 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing combined with nasogastric tube feeding, while the observation group received V-VST combined with intermittent tube feeding; Results The observation group showed significant improvement in swallowing function score and nutritional status indicators (P<0.05), and had a lower incidence of adverse events (P<0.05); Conclusion The application of V-VST combined with intermittent tube feeding in the nursing of post-stroke dysphagia patients can help improve their nutritional status, accelerate swallowing function recovery, and has good application value.
