| 摘要 |
目的 探究分析精细化饮食护理结合情志护理在促进食管癌患者术后康复中的效果。方法 选取2024年1月至2024年12月期间，院内接受手术的食管癌患者共62例，作为此次研究对象。通过随机数表法将62例患者随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用精细化饮食护理结合情志护理，对比两组营养状态，心理状态以及生活质量。结果 干预后，观察组的营养状态，心理状态以及生活质量均优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 食管癌患者术后康复中使用精细化饮食护理结合情志护理可显著改善患者营养状态，心理状态以及生活质量，值得临床推广与应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of refined dietary care combined with emotional care in promoting postoperative recovery of esophageal cancer patients. Methods A total of 62 esophageal cancer patients who underwent surgery in the hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected as the study subjects. 62 patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received refined dietary care combined with emotional care. Results The nutritional status, psychological state, and quality of life of the two groups were compared. The observation group was superior to the control group, P＜0.05. Conclusion The combination of refined dietary care and emotional care can significantly improve patients nutritional status, psychological state, and quality of life, and is worthy of promotion and application.
