| 摘要 |
目的 研究雷火灸对多病共存老年患者生活质量的影响。方法 选取2024年2月1日至2025年2月28日在我院治疗的300例老年多种慢性病共存患者作为研究对象，随机分为两组，对照组给予常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上进行雷火灸中医护理，对比两组临床症状及生活质量。结果 观察组夜尿、失眠、疼痛评分均低于对照组，而生活质量优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 雷火灸应用于多病共存老年患者，可有效改善中医证候，提高生活质量，具有一定的临床应用价值。

| Abstract |
Objective To study the effect of thunder-fire moxibustion on the quality of life of elderly patients with multiple diseases. Methods A total of 300 elderly patients with multiple chronic diseases who were treated in our hospital from February 1, 2024 to February 28, 2025 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given routine nursing; the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine nursing based on the control group, and the clinical symptoms and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of nocturia, insomnia and pain in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, but the quality of life was better than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of thunder fire moxibustion in the elderly patients with multiple diseases can effectively improve the TCM syndromes and improve the quality of life, and has certain clinical application value.
