[Abstract] Objective: To study and analyze the clinical effect of nursing intervention in elderly patients with Parkinsons depression. Methods: 146 elderly patients with Parkinsons depression received in our hospital from May 2019 to may 2020 were randomly divided into two groups, of which 73 patients in the routine group were given routine nursing intervention and 73 patients in the study group were given comprehensive nursing intervention. Results: the depression score of the study group was lower than that of the routine group, while the cognitive function score, quality of life score and nursing satisfaction were higher than that of the routine group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: strengthening the comprehensive nursing intervention can further reduce the anxiety level, improve the cognitive function, improve the quality of life and satisfaction of the elderly patients with Parkinsons depression, which is worth popularizing in a wide range of clinical practice.
