Objective The main objective of this study was to explore the clinical effect of rapid recovery surgery combined with programmed nursing in patients with DSA interventional surgery for intracranial aneurysm rupture. Methods A total of 50 patients with intracranial aneurysm rupture from April 2022 to April 2024 who underwent DSA interventional surgery were randomly divided into control group (n=25 cases, routine care) and experimental group (n=25 cases, rapid recovery concept combined with programmed nursing). The two groups of patients were followed up and their recovery was compared. Results Compared with the control group, the experimental group had lower scores in SAS and SDS (P<0.05). At the same time, the complication rate of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). In addition, the scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The integration of the concept of rapid recovery with programmed care and the application of the perioperative period to patients with ruptured intracranial aneurysms and DSA interventional surgery can produce positive and significant results. It can not only effectively promote the recovery process of the patients body, but also greatly reduce the probability of complications, and effectively improve the patients psychological state and help him recover his health in a better physical and mental state.
