| 摘要 |
目的 观察对前列腺增生症患者护理过程中开展思维导图的循证护理的作用。方法 选择2024年1月至12月本院前列腺增生症患者70例为对象，按照随机抽样均分方式将纳入病例均分2组，任取其中1组开展常规护理（35例，对照组），另1组则实施思维导图的循证护理（35例，观察组）。对两组生活质量、护理满意度进行观察。结果 护理满意度，观察组高于对照组，P<0.05。生活质量，观察组护理后高于对照组，P<0.05。结论 对前列腺增生症患者开展思维导图的循证护理，可以提升患者生活质量，增加患者护理满意度，有助于患者恢复。

| Abstract |
Objective To observe the role of evidence-based nursing with mind mapping in the nursing process of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods 70 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia in our hospital from January to December 2024 were selected as the subjects. The enrolled cases were divided into two groups by random sampling, with one group receiving routine nursing care (35 cases, control group) and the other group receiving evidence-based nursing care through mind mapping (35 cases, observation group). Observe the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of two groups. Results Nursing satisfaction was higher in the observation group than in the control group, P<0.05. The quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group after nursing care, P<0.05. Conclusion Evidence based nursing with mind mapping for patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia can improve their quality of life, increase their satisfaction with nursing care, and facilitate their recovery.
