| 摘要 |
目的 分析女性压力性尿失禁患者盆底功能锻炼护理中采用针对性护理干预的应用效果。方法 选取2023年11月至2024年6月在我院收治的56例女性压力性尿失禁患者作为观察对象。随机分为对照组（28例）和观察组（28例）。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用针对性护理。对比两组患者1h 漏尿量，自我效能及护理满意度。结果 护理后，观察组1h 漏尿量少于对照组、自我效能更优，护理满意度更高，其差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 女性压力性尿失禁患者盆底功能锻炼恢复护理中应用针对性护理干预的效果显著，能有效减少漏尿量，提高自我效能及护理满意度，值得在临床上推广及应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the application effect of targeted nursing interventions in pelvic floor function exercise nursing for female patients with stress urinary incontinence. Methods 56 female patients with stress urinary incontinence admitted to our hospital from November 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the observation subjects. Randomly divided into a control group (28 cases) and an observation group (28 cases). The control group received routine care, while the observation group received targeted care. Compare the 1-hour urine leakage, self-efficacy, and nursing satisfaction between two groups of patients. Results After nursing, the observation group had less urine leakage in 1 hour compared to the control group, better self-efficacy, and higher nursing satisfaction, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of targeted nursing interventions in pelvic floor function exercise recovery nursing for female patients with stress urinary incontinence has a significant effect, which can effectively reduce urine leakage, improve self-efficacy and nursing satisfaction. It is worth promoting and applying in clinical practice.
