| 摘要 |
目的 观察在儿科肿瘤安宁疗护过程中运用儿童绘本的作用。方法 选择2023年5月至2024年10月儿科肿瘤患儿84例，随机抽选均分2组，任意取其中1组治疗期间进行常规安宁疗护（42例，对照组），余下1组患儿治疗期间则在安宁疗护中运用儿童绘本（42例，观察组）。针对两组患儿护理前后心理状态、家属护理满意度以及治疗期间患儿依从性进行对比。结果 患儿心理状态分析，观察组患儿负面情绪评分低于对照组，P<0.05。家属护理满意度，观察组高于对照组，P<0.05。治疗期间患儿依从性，观察组高于对照组，P<0.05。结论 在儿科肿瘤安宁疗护过程中合理运用儿童绘本进行护理，可以改善患儿在治疗期间的心理状态，增加家属护理满意度，提升患儿治疗期间依从性。

| Abstract |
Objective To observe the role of using childrens picture books in the palliative care of pediatric tumors. Methods 84 pediatric cancer patients from May 2023 to October 2024 were randomly selected and divided into two groups. One group (42 cases, control group) was randomly selected for routine palliative care during treatment, while the remaining group (42 cases, observation group) received pediatric picture books during palliative care during treatment. Compare the psychological status, satisfaction with family care, and compliance of two groups of pediatric patients before and after nursing care. Results Analysis of the psychological state of the children showed that the negative emotion scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, P<0.05. The satisfaction of family care was higher in the observation group than in the control group, P<0.05. During the treatment period, the compliance of the children in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion Reasonable use of childrens picture books in pediatric tumor palliative care can improve the psychological state of children during treatment, increase family satisfaction with nursing care, and enhance compliance during treatment.
