| 摘要 |
目的 探讨品管圈活动在提高PTCD带管患者导管护理能力中的应用效果。方法 2023年7月-12月，通过成立品管圈小组，确定以提高PTCD带管患者导管护理能力为主题、拟定活动计划、分析现状、设定目标、实施整改措施、效果评价等为期5个月的品管圈活动。结果 品管圈活动实施后，PTCD带管患者的护理导管能力高于实施前（P<0.05），使得圈员对于手法的应用及患者的满意度和舒适度较实施前均有明显的提升。结论 品管圈活动对PTCD置管患者的导管护理效率具有明显促进作用，同时有助于提升护理人员全方位的能力素质。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle activity in improving the Catheter care ability of patients with inserted PTCD- drainage tube. Methods From July to December,2023, quality control circle activity was launched, determining the theme in improving the Catheter care ability of patients with inserted PTCD- drainage tube, scheduling activity plans, analyzing the current status, setting goals, implementing rectification measures and evaluating the effects. Results The Catheter care ability of the patient with inserted PTCD- drainage tube after the implementation of the activity surpassed the ability before the activity(P<0.05). Conclusion The quality control circle activity has a significant effect on the catheter nursing efficiency of PTCD patients, and at the same time helps to improve the all-round ability and quality of nursing staff.
