Objective To improve the quality of life of patients with gynecological malignant tumors undergoing chemotherapy and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, explore the application value of comprehensive nursing, and provide a reference for clinical practice. Methods From January 2023 to December 2024, 60 patients with malignant tumors undergoing chemotherapy in the gynecology department of our hospital during the period were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into groups. The control group (30 cases) received routine nursing, and the observation group (30 cases) received comprehensive nursing. The data were studied from the quality of life score, the incidence of adverse reactions, and the nursing satisfaction, and the clinical nursing effect was compared. Results Statistical studies showed that after the two groups of patients adopted different nursing methods, the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group of comprehensive nursing was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the quality of life score and nursing satisfaction were higher. The data differences between the groups were significant, P < 0.05, which was statistically significant. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing has significant application value in chemotherapy patients with gynecological malignancies, effectively reducing the incidence of adverse reactions and improving the quality of life of patients. The nursing effect is significant and it is recommended to promote its application.
