| 摘要 |
目的 探究分析叙事护理在PICC置管患者导管维护中的应用。方法 时间：2023年1月至2024年12月，对象：PICC置管患者共80例，分组：随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用常规护理（病情监测，开展用药指导等），观察组采用叙事护理（制定出全面且具有针对性的护理方案），对比两组并发症发生率，心理状态，自我管理能力以及生活质量。结果 干预后，观察组并发症发生率，心理状态，自我管理能力以及生活质量都明显优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 PICC置管患者导管维护中应用叙事护理可显著改善患者并发症发生率，心理状态，自我管理能力以及生活质量，值得临床推广与应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore and analyze the application of narrative nursing in catheter maintenance of PICC patients. Methods From January 2023 to December 2024, 102 patients with PICC were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group used routine nursing (disease monitoring, medication guidance, etc.), while the observation group used narrative nursing (making a comprehensive and targeted nursing plan), and compared the incidence of complications, psychological state, self-management ability and quality of life between the two groups. Results After the intervention, the incidence of complications, psychological state, self-management ability and quality of life in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Narrative nursing can significantly improve the incidence of complications, psychological state, self-management ability and quality of life of patients with PICC catheter maintenance, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
