整体护理干预对慢性心衰患者焦虑抑郁及生活质量的影响

【摘要】目的：评价慢性心衰患者实施整体护理干预对于患者焦虑、抑郁评分及生活质量评分影响。方法：通过随机抽样法选择2017年1月至2019年12月间收治260例慢性心力衰竭患者，依据患者入院先后顺序依次分为参照组（n=130）与整体组（n=130）。参照组患者均予以常规护理干预；整体组患者均在常规护理基础上结合予以整体护理干预。对比两组患者护理后依从性，护理前后焦虑、抑郁症状评分及生活质量评分情况。结果：整体组患者护理后整体依从率相比参照组患者明显更高（P<0.05）；整体组患者患者生活质量评分相比参照组患者明显更高（P<0.05）；护理前两组患者HAMA、HAMD评分比较无显著差异（P>0.05）；护理后整体组患者HAMA、HAMD评分与参照组相比均明显更低（P<0.05）。结论：临床针对慢性心力衰竭患者采取在常规护理基础上结合予以整体护理干预有助于提高患者对治疗的依从性，降低焦虑、抑郁情绪并提高患者生活质量，该护理干预方法具有临床推广与应用价值。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective: To evaluate the effect of holistic nursing intervention on anxiety, depression and quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure. Methods: a total of 260 patients with chronic heart failure from January 2017 to December 2019 were randomly selected and divided into reference group (n = 130) and whole group (n = 130) according to the order of admission. Patients in the reference group were given routine nursing intervention; patients in the whole group were given overall nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The compliance, anxiety, depression and quality of life of the two groups were compared before and after nursing. Results: the overall compliance rate of patients in the whole group after nursing was significantly higher than that in the reference group (P < 0.05); the quality of life score of patients in the whole group was significantly higher than that in the reference group (P < 0.05); there was no significant difference in HAMA and HAMD scores between the two groups before nursing (P > 0.05); the HAMA and HAMD scores of patients in the whole group after nursing were significantly lower than those in the reference group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: it is helpful for patients with chronic heart failure to take holistic nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing to improve their compliance with the treatment, reduce their anxiety and depression, and improve their quality of life.
