Objective To observe and analyze the application effect and value of continuous nursing in wound stoma nursing. Methods 60 patients with wound stoma (number of samples included: 60 cases; time of sample inclusion: June 2023 to June 2024) were selected and divided into control group and experimental group based on random number. They were given routine nursing and continuous nursing respectively. Collect and analyze the nursing effect. Results compared with the control group (routine nursing), the quality of life score (role function / emotional function / cognitive function / social function / physical function / general health) of the experimental group (continuous nursing) was higher, the resilience score (optimism / strength / resilience) was higher, the negative emotion score (anxiety / depression) was lower, and the incidence of complications was lower, the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05). Conclusion continuous nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of complications in patients with wound stoma, reduce negative emotions, improve the quality of life, and promote the prognosis, which has high application value.
