探讨优质护理服务在肺癌患者术后护理中的应用价值及对患者精神健康的影响

【摘要】目的：探讨肺癌患者术后应用优质护理服务的临床效果以及对患者精神健康的影响。方法：本课题研究主体为120例肺癌术后患者，均纳入于2018年06月--2020年06月。根据双盲随机对照原则，将之划分成两组对照，其中一组设为常规组（常规护理），另一组设为研究组（优质护理）。每个小组分别60例。结果：研究组术后并发症少于常规组（p<0.05）；研究组出院时焦虑评分、抑郁评分低于常规组（p<0.05）；研究组护理总满意度高于常规组（p<0.05）。结论：对肺癌术后患者加强优质护理服务，可进一步减少患者术后并发症，减轻患者焦虑抑郁情绪，促使其精神健康，同时还可以赢得患者较好的满意度。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of high-quality nursing service for patients with lung cancer after operation and its influence on mental health of patients. Methods: 120 cases of postoperative lung cancer patients were included in this study from June 2018 to June 2020. According to the principle of double-blind randomized control, they were divided into two groups, one group was set as the conventional group (routine care), the other group was set as the study group (high-quality nursing). Each group had 60 cases. Results: the postoperative complications of the study group were less than those of the conventional group (P < 0.05); the anxiety score and depression score of the study group were lower than those of the conventional group (P < 0.05); the total nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: strengthening high-quality nursing service for patients with lung cancer after operation can further reduce postoperative complications, relieve anxiety and depression, promote mental health, and win better satisfaction of patients.
