| 摘要 |
目的 研究全面护理改善肺癌围手术期患者负性情绪的价值。方法 择取80例肺癌患者，均于2023年1月至2023年12月期间就诊于本院。同随机数字表法展开分组，对照组（n=40）实施常规围手术期护理，观察组（n=40）实施全面护理。比较两组的负性情绪评分、癌症复发恐惧情况、接纳与行动问卷（AAQ-Ⅱ）评分。结果 干预后的负性情绪评分、FOP-Q-SF评分、AAQ-Ⅱ评分组间进行比较，观察组分值均处于更低水平，P＜0.05。结论 全面护理的实施可减轻肺癌患者围手术期的负性情绪以及癌症复发恐惧心理，同时能够提高患者的心理灵活性。

| Abstract |
Objective To study the value of comprehensive nursing in improving negative emotions of patients with lung cancer during the perioperative period. Methods 80 patients with lung cancer who were treated in our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected. They were randomly divided into a control group (n=40) and an observation group (n=40) using the random number table method. The control group received routine perioperative care, while the observation group received comprehensive nursing. The negative emotion scores, fear of cancer recurrence, and Acceptance and Action Questionnaire-II (AAQ-II) scores of the two groups were compared. Results After the intervention, the negative emotion scores, FOP-Q-SF scores, and AAQ-II scores of the observation group were all at a lower level compared with those of the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing can alleviate the negative emotions and fear of cancer recurrence in patients with lung cancer during the perioperative period, and improve their psychological flexibility.
