【Abstract】Objective: To observe the effect of early skin contact on breastfeeding indicators such as depression and first breastfeeding success rate, lactation time, and exclusive breastfeeding rate of cisternal parturients. Methods: Select 320 cases of normal parturients from the obstetric department of our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 as observation objects, and divide them into a control group and an observation group with 160 cases each. The control group is given routine care after delivery, and the observation group is based on the control group. Early mother-to-child skin contact was given on the above. 72 hours after delivery, the psychological status and breastfeeding indicators of the two groups were compared, and the exclusive breastfeeding rate of the two groups at 42 days was compared. Results: The SAS score and SDS score of the postpartum two groups were significantly lower than that of the prenatal, and the BSES score was significantly higher than that of the prenatal (P<0.05); the SAS score and SDS score of the postpartum observation group were significantly lower than the control group, and the BSES score was significantly higher than the control Group (P<0.05). The first breastfeeding success rate, lactation start time, 72h and 42d exclusive breastfeeding rate, and BAT score of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Early skin contact can significantly alleviate the depression of cistern parturients and effectively increase the success rate of breastfeeding. It is worthy of promotion.
