| 摘要 |
目的 评析持续质量改进方案应用在静脉留置针护理中的有效性。方法 选取1000例接受静脉留置针穿刺的患者为观察对象，时间选择2024年1月-2025年1月。通过随机数字表法将患者划分为两组，各组500例。参照组为常规护理，试验组选择持续质量改进方案。对两组穿刺后并发症、护理满意度、结果进行统计。结果 试验组穿刺后并发症发生率低于参照组，P＜0.05，该组的护理满意度数值为99.80%。结论 静脉留置针护理期间，通过应用持续质量改进方案，可有效降低相关并发症发生风险，并且对促进患者护理满意度提升意义显著。

| Abstract |
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of the continuous quality improvement program in the nursing of venous indwelling needles. Methods A total of 1000 patients who received venous indwelling needle puncture were selected as the observation subjects from January 2024 to January 2025. The patients were randomly divided into two groups by random number table method, with 500 cases in each group. The reference group received conventional care, while the experimental group adopted the continuous quality improvement program. The post-puncture complications, nursing satisfaction, and results of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results The incidence of post-puncture complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group, P < 0.05, and the nursing satisfaction rate of this group was 99.80%. Conclusion During the nursing of venous indwelling needles, the application of the continuous quality improvement program can effectively reduce the risk of related complications and significantly promote the improvement of patient nursing satisfaction.
