| 摘要 |
目的 探究分析自体骨移植用于手舟状骨骨折修复的护理配合。方法 选取2025年3月期间，院内右侧手舟骨陈旧性骨折患者作为此次研究对象，予以患者右侧手舟骨陈旧骨折病灶清除术+克氏针内固定术+右侧桡骨远端自体骨取骨移植术+石膏外固定术，深入分析治疗期间护理配合。结果 患者通过手术治疗期间配合相应护理措施，病情状态显著改善。结论 强化围术期护理配合可确保手术效果的提升，最大程度的改善患者恢复质量。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore and analyze the nursing cooperation of autologous bone transplantation for the repair of scaphoid fractures of the hand. Methods Patients with old fractures of the right scaphoid bone in the hospital during March 2025 were selected as the research subjects of this study. The patients underwent resection of the old fracture lesion of the right scaphoid bone + Kirschner needle internal fixation + autologous bone grafting at the distal end of the right radius + external fixation with plaster. The nursing cooperation during the treatment period was analyzed in depth. Results Through the cooperation of corresponding nursing measures during the surgical treatment, the patients condition improved significantly. Conclusion Strengthening perioperative nursing cooperation can ensure the improvement of surgical outcomes and maximize the recovery quality of patients.
