【Abstract】Objective To explore the effects of recombinant human interferon α-2b suppository combined with psychological behavior intervention on serum inflammatory factors, immune function and negative emotions in patients with chronic cervicitis. Methods From April 2017 to December 2019, 105 patients with chronic cervicitis in our department were selected and grouped according to the random number table method. The 52 cases in the control group were given microwave therapy combined with psychological and behavioral intervention, and the 53 cases in the observation group were receiving recombinant human interferon α-2b suppository treatment. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed; serum inflammatory factor levels, immune function, negative emotions and maladies reaction. Results: After treatment, the levels of IL-2, hs-CRP, SDS, and SAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group. The levels of VEGF, NKTs, IgA, IgG, IgM, and the total effective rate were higher than those of the control group, which were statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 9.43% higher than that in the control group 7.69%, which was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion: Recombinant human interferon α-2b suppository combined with psychological and behavioral intervention in the treatment of patients with chronic cervicitis can reduce the level of inflammatory factors and negative emotions, promote the recovery of immune function, improve clinical efficacy, and have high drug safety.
