| 摘要 |
目的 分析3H（医院（Hospital）、宾馆（Hotel）、家庭（Home）三位一体）优质护理理念对腹腔镜下阑尾炎手术患者的干预效果。方法 选取2024年1月-2024年12月本院收治的腹腔镜下阑尾炎手术患者60例进行研究，采取数字表法分组，对照组行常规护理，观察组行3H优质护理理念。对比两组并发症率以及满意率。结果 观察组并发症率偏低P<0.05。观察组满意率偏高P<0.05。结论 腹腔镜下阑尾炎手术，配合3H优质护理理念，有助于提升预后，提高患者满意率。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the intervention effect of 3H (Hospital, Hotel, Home) high-quality nursing concept on patients undergoing laparoscopic appendicitis surgery. Methods A total of 60 patients who underwent laparoscopic appendectomy in our hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected for the study. The patients were divided into two groups using a digital table method. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received 3H high-quality nursing concept. Compare the complication rates and satisfaction rates between two groups. Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower (P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than 0.05. Conclusion Laparoscopic appendectomy, combined with the 3H high-quality nursing concept, can help improve prognosis and increase patient satisfaction.
