[Abstract] Objective: to analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on nursing satisfaction, pain, anxiety and depression of patients after fracture operation. Methods: from May 2019 to may 2020, 134 cases of postoperative fracture patients were selected and divided into two groups according to different schemes, with 67 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the experimental group received comprehensive nursing intervention under the premise of this measure. The vas, SDS, SAS scores, nursing satisfaction and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results: after the intervention, the vas, SDS, SAS scores of the experimental group and the reference group were better than those of the control group (P < 0.05), but the difference was small before intervention (P > 0.05). The data of nursing satisfaction between the experimental group and the reference group showed that the experimental group was higher, and the difference met the statistical requirements (P < 0.05). The results showed that the scores of life quality factors in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference met the statistical requirements (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients after fracture operation is significant, which can relieve the pain of patients, eliminate their negative emotions, and improve their quality of life and nursing satisfaction, which can be further promoted and studied.
