| 摘要 |
目的 分析接受腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术的患者在快速康复外科护理理念下康复效果。方法 对于2024年3月至2025年3月在本院接受腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术的患者中进行随机抽取，抽取例数设置为90例，抽取完成后根据患者意愿分入对照组（常规护理干预）及实验组（快速康复外科护理），对比两组患者术后VAS评分及术后指标情况。结果 实验组患者术后VAS评分明显低于对照组，且各项术后指标情况优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 快速康复外科护理理念能够有效提高患者术后康复速度，缓解患者疼痛感。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the rehabilitation effect of patients undergoing laparoscopic adrenalectomy under the concept of rapid recovery surgical nursing. Methods Patients who underwent laparoscopic adrenalectomy in our hospital from March 2024 to March 2025 were randomly selected, with a sample size of 90. After selection, they were divided into a control group (conventional nursing intervention) and an experimental group (rapid recovery surgical nursing) according to their wishes. The postoperative VAS scores and indicators of the two groups of patients were compared. Results The postoperative VAS scores of patients in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the postoperative indicators were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The concept of rapid recovery surgical nursing can effectively improve the postoperative recovery speed of patients and alleviate their pain.
