| 摘要 |
目的 探究创新护理在妊娠合并脊髓脊膜膨出中的应用。方法 本研究对1例妊娠36+3周、37岁且合并脊髓脊膜膨出的患者开展回顾性分析。结果 经实施创新护理方案后，该患者及其新生儿均呈现良好健康状态。新生儿未检出神经系统功能障碍及其他异常体征，且Apgar评分达满分10分；患者在整个护理周期内也未发生压疮、血栓及感染等并发症。并且产妇于分娩后72小时顺利建立全母乳喂养模式。结论 针对妊娠合并脊髓脊膜膨出患者开展创新护理干预措施，能够保障母婴的健康安全。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the application of innovative nursing in pregnancy complicated with myelomeningocele. Methods This study conducted a retrospective analysis on a patient who was 36+3 weeks pregnant, 37 years old, and had spinal cord protrusion. Results As a result of the implementation of an innovative care protocol, both the patient and his newborn were in good health. No neurological dysfunction or other abnormal signs were detected in the neonate, and the Apgar score reached a full score of 10; Patients also did not develop complications such as pressure ulcers, blood clots, and infections throughout the cycle of care. In addition, the mother successfully established an exclusive breastfeeding pattern 72 hours after delivery. Conclusion Innovative nursing interventions for pregnant patients with myelomeningocele can ensure the health and safety of mothers and babies and improve patients satisfaction with nursing services.
