Objective To analyze the rehabilitation effect of full-course nursing intervention in elderly patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans. Methods A total of 70 elderly patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the research subjects. The selected cases were divided into an observation group and a control group, with 35 cases in each group, by the random number table method. The control group received routine care, while the observation group carried out full-course nursing intervention. The clinical nursing intervention effects achieved by the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results After comparing the results of the two groups, it was shown that the improvement effect of patients compliance in the observation group was better than that in the control group, the time of getting out of bed and hospital stay was shorter than that in the control group, the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group, and the final quality of life score of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Timely full-course nursing intervention for elderly patients with arteriosclerosis obliterans of the lower extremities can further improve the quality of clinical nursing services, enhance the physical and mental comfort and cooperation of patients, reduce the occurrence of complications, promote the physical recovery of patients, and improve the quality of life of patients.
