| 摘要 |
目的 分析肝癌手术室护理中围手术期循证护理模式的应用价值。方法 参与本次研究患者的数量为80例，研究的起始时间为2024年1月份，截止时间为2024年12月份，研究为期一年，均分成对照组和实验组，每组40例患者，对照组常规护理，实验组循证护理，对比两组患者的临床指标、并发症发生率，评估患者生活质量。结果 实验组临床指标优于对照组，p<0.05，分析并发症发生率，实验组更低，p<0.05，对比患者生活质量，实验组更高，p<0.05。结论 对肝癌患者手术期间提供围手术期循证护理，可以改善患者临床指标，降低并发症的产生，提高生活质量，值得提倡。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the application value of the perioperative evidence-based nursing model in the operating room nursing of liver cancer. Methods The number of patients participating in this study was 80. The study started in January 2024 and ended in December 2024, lasting for one year. They were equally divided into the control group and the experimental group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group received routine care, while the experimental group received evidence-based care. The clinical indicators and complication rates of the two groups were compared to evaluate the quality of life of the patients. Results The clinical indicators of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, p<0.05. Analyzing the incidence of complications, it was lower in the experimental group, p<0.05. Comparing the quality of life of patients, it was higher in the experimental group, p<0.05. Conclusion Providing perioperative evidence-based nursing for liver cancer patients during surgery can improve the clinical indicators of patients, reduce the occurrence of complications, and enhance the quality of life, which is worthy of promotion.
