Objective To observe the effect of seamless nursing based on mind map on the surgical process and prognosis of patients undergoing ureal stone surgery. Methods Ninety patients who underwent ureteral stone surgery in our hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were randomly into two groups, the control group mainly received routine nursing, and the observation group carried out seamless nursing based on mind map, each group had 45 cases. Results The of blood pressure and heart rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05); the surgical related indicators of the observation group were than those of the control group (P < 0.05); the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P < 005); the satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05); the negative emotion score of the observation group was than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Seamless nursing based on mind map is conducive to maintaining stable vital signs the operation of patients with ureteral stones, improving the effectiveness of the operation, reducing the occurrence of complications, further improving satisfaction and alleviating negative emotions.
