| 摘要 |
目的 分析讨论对于重症监护室中的血液透析患者使用集束化护理的效果。方法 选择医院2024年1月-2024年12月所接收的100例重症监护室血液透析患者为研究对象，随机数字法分为观察组（集束化护理）与对照组（常规护理），比较护理结果。结果 观察组导管相关性血流感染率（2.00%）低于对照组，护理质量优于对照组，患者满意度高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 对于重症监护室中的血液透析患者使用集束化护理的效果明显，值得广泛推广与应用。

| Abstract |
Objective Analyze and discuss the effectiveness of using bundled care for hemodialysis patients in the intensive care unit. Methods 100 hemodialysis patients admitted to the intensive care unit of the hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into an observation group (bundled nursing) and a control group (conventional nursing), and the nursing results were compared. Results The incidence of catheter-related bloodstream infections in the observation group (2.00%) was lower than that in the control group, the quality of nursing was better than that in the control group, and patient satisfaction was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Bundle nursing has a significant effect on hemodialysis patients in intensive care units and is worthy of widespread promotion and application.
