| 摘要 |
目的 分析幽门螺杆菌（HP）阳性十二指肠溃疡护理中采取微信延续性护理的效果。方法 选取2024年1月-2024年12月内因HP阳性十二指肠溃疡入院的80例患者进行试验，1：1分为实验组、对照组，均40例。对照组接受常规护理，实验组给予微信延续性护理，对比效果。结果 实验组依从性与生活质量均高于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 对HP阳性十二指肠溃疡患者给予微信延续性护理，可提高患者的依从性，进而提高生活质量，缓解病情，促使患者康复。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of WeChat continuous nursing intervention in the care of patients with Helicobacter pylori (HP)-positive duodenal ulcer. Methods 80 patients admitted to the hospital due to HP-positive duodenal ulcer from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine care, while the experimental group was given WeChat continuous care. The effects were compared. Results The compliance and quality of life of the experimental group were both higher than those of the control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion WeChat continuous care for patients with HP-positive duodenal ulcer can improve their compliance, thereby enhancing their quality of life, alleviating the condition, and promoting recovery.
