This study aims to evaluate the impact of enhanced Recovery after Surgery (ERAS) care on the postoperative rehabilitation of patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy, especially the improvement effects on postoperative time to get out of bed, pain score, length of hospital stay, and the incidence of complications. A prospective randomized controlled study was conducted. Sixty patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomly divided into the ERAS group and the conventional care group, with 30 patients in each group. The ERAS group received interventions such as preoperative education, optimized anesthesia, early postoperative getting out of bed, and personalized pain management; The control group received routine care. The main observation indicators include the time of first getting out of bed after surgery, pain score, length of hospital stay and incidence of complications. The results showed that the postoperative time to get out of bed in the ERAS group was significantly shortened, the pain score was lower than that in the control group, the hospital stay was significantly reduced compared with the control group, and the incidence of complications was also lower. The conclusion is that the ERAS nursing model significantly improves the postoperative rehabilitation effect of patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy, can shorten the recovery time, relieve pain, reduce complications, and has important clinical application value.
